ixolabs.ai seeks a coordinator for expert-data work to drive clear instructions, progress tracking and rigorous quality follow-up. You will maintain records, onboard contributors and resolve workflow issues to help data-production teams meet briefs.

The role requires three+ years coordinating projects, experience with Excel/SQL, and people-management ability. This is a remote position with US eligibility and task briefs agreed upfront.

Coordinate IXO expert-data work through clear instructions, progress tracking and quality follow-up. Maintain operational records, support contributor onboarding and questions, monitor reviews and resolve workflow problems so that data-production teams can meet an agreed brief.

Professional background

The coordination profile requires US location, at least three years managing or coordinating projects and experience organizing substantial cross-functional teams. Prior AI training-data or human-data work is required, whether as a coordinator, expert, team leader or program manager. You should be confident managing data in Excel and SQL, understand coding fundamentals and show people-management or large-group leadership ability. STEM training is preferred. Operational commitments for the selected coordination assignment will be confirmed before acceptance.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$55 $65/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
