Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, high-level customer support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalated and complex customer issues.
• Experience writing technical procedures and conveying technical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced technical account management support for assigned customers.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on best practices and develop account management plans.

Experience with Mindbody software

Bilingual English & French

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
