Treasure AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide advanced platform expertise and implementation support to enterprise customers and strategic partners. You will serve as the technical authority, guiding data connectivity, ingestion architectures, and implementation approaches while leading deep-dives and knowledge transfer sessions.

The role requires a strong background in data engineering, SQL, ETL/ELT, and solution architecture, with hands-on involvement from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture.
• Strong experience with data connectivity and ingestion architectures, solution architecture and system design, data engineering principles, and basic AdTech/MarTech knowledge.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and data modeling experience.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the technical authority for Treasure AI's platform capabilities and primary escalation point for complex challenges.
• Guide solution design and architecture, advising on data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Lead technical deep-dives and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and partners on platform features and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize customer environments, identify opportunities for technical enhancements, and report on platform performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation guides.
• Drive product adoption by assessing feasibility of solutions and ensuring successful implementation of complex use cases.
• Provide technical leadership in partner/customer implementations and coordinate with implementation teams to maintain architectural integrity.
• Deliver regular technical status updates and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay current with platform features and provide guidance on new functionality.
• Hands-on role requiring active use of the product from day one.
