The Role

As a Technical Account Executive, you’ll connect our platform to customers’ needs. You need curiosity, rapid learning, and a drive to become an expert in Lago’s product rather than an engineering degree.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Become a product expert: Dive into documentation and use that knowledge to help customers succeed.
• Help customers win: Lead demos, guide proof‑of‑concepts, and ensure customers see Lago’s value.
• Simplify technical concepts: Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps.
• Own and drive your tasks: Take full responsibility from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent open source: Show customers how Lago’s open‑source approach gives them control, transparency, and scaling advantage.
