Lago is seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to lead post-sales customer experience, oversee end-to-end product implementation, and drive account expansion across Europe and the US. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate needs into actionable plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-growing open-source payments platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Project Management, Sales/Success/Solution Engineers, or customer-facing roles with Mid-Market or Enterprise customers.
• Technical software engineering background by training.
• Strong ability to scope implementations, lead negotiations, and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-sales customer experience and oversee end-to-end product implementation.
• Project manage customer implementations from start to finish and mitigate risks.
• Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and translate requirements for varied audiences.
