IDEMIA Group in Osny, France, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to deliver high-tech biometrics travel and transport solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with international clients while advancing security and identity technologies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master’s or equivalent).
• International project management certification (PMP, PRINCE 2).
• 5–8 years’ experience including a first role in technical project management and a solid technical background.
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with good organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish trust with both clients and teams.
• French and English proficiency is required for international work.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to delivery of high-tech IT systems from bid phase through handover to maintenance teams.
• Lead project activities ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance with regular reporting.
• Act as key customer contact: drive communication and coordinate technical activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of developers, architects, integrators, and cybersecurity experts.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Apply project management practices: workload planning, cost tracking (MS Project), risk management, subcontractor follow-up, and customer acceptance.
