Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking a Product Manager to drive a portfolio from strategy through market launch, based in La Défense (Courbevoie). You will bridge market needs with R&D, Sales, and customers to deliver high-value biometric solutions.

You will define product vision, roadmap, and launch strategies, while balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and ensuring regulatory and data protection compliance. English and French fluency is required in this international role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B hardware/software product management.
• Experience in electronics/optics high-tech industries.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market needs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and customers to drive product decisions.
• Define functional and technical requirements (hardware, firmware, software, SDK).
• Lead product development with cross-functional teams and manage the ecosystem.
