IDEMIA Secure Transactions is seeking a seasoned Customs and Logistics Specialist to drive import/export administration and compliance. You will support a network of local customs managers, oversee data collection for KPIs, and optimize duties and taxes across global shipments.

Applicants should have 5+ years in customs, fluency in English and French, and a background in Supply Chain/Logistics. The role is based in Paris with a global operational scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customs either in a private company or in a freight forwarder.
• Experience with import/export processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and produce KPI insights.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customs Director to manage the network of local customs managers and the import process, ensuring timely delivery.
• Describe dispatch of customer orders and monitor the physical flow from origin to destination.
• Retrieve and apply country-specific programs and exemptions to optimize duties and taxes.
