IDEMIA Secure Transactions (IST), a division of IDEMIA Group, invites a hands-on Regional Engineering support expert to Dijon. You will drive investment studies, qualify equipment, and coordinate transfers between sites and suppliers, ensuring cost, quality, and timing constraints are met.

Responsibilities include writing technical docs, monitoring production start, collecting data, and proposing improvements. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Travel up to 30% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry and workshop with automated fast throughput processes.
• Strong project management abilities are required.
• Solid grasp of engineering disciplines (mechanics, electronics, PLC, automation).
• Very hands-on aptitude is essential.
• Experience with equipment qualification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and support investment cases by carrying out technical, economic and capacity studies.
• Coordinate equipment transfer projects between sites and suppliers with planning constraints.
• Visit suppliers and perform tests to assess capabilities and potential new equipment.
• Write technical documentation such as work instructions, control plans and manufacturing settings.
• Monitor start of production and collect KPIs; propose improvements.
• Support new product industrialization by organizing tests and DOE.
• Support new product deployment using guidelines and track pilot KPI.
• Travel up to 30% to Idemia Service Centers and partners.
