Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical projects including infrastructure, migrations, monitoring, automation, and production enhancements.
• Coordinate technical teams and external partners (design, operations, infrastructure, security, networks, middleware).
• Prepare, secure, and support production deployments and transitions to RUN/operations.
• Identify and track risks, dependencies, prerequisites, and action plans for changes.
• Lead project committees, report on progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operations and production management practices.

• Lead end-to-end technical projects, including infrastructure, migrations, monitoring, automation, and production enhancements
• Coordinate technical teams (design, operations, infrastructure, security, networks, and middleware), as well as external partners
• Prepare, secure, and support production deployments and releases, as well as transitions to RUN/operations
• Identify and track risks, dependencies, prerequisites, and action plans related to technical changes
• Lead project committees, provide reporting, and ensure compliance with service-level commitments (SLAs)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations and production management practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management and coordinating production environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and RUN/operations activities
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and production deployment challenges
• Knowledge of monitoring and supervision tools is a plus
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive risk anticipation, and a results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• At least 4 to 10 years of experience in technical project management or IT production
• Significant experience in critical environments with demanding operational requirements
• Fluency in French is essential
• Professional proficiency in English is a plus
