Quantis, cabinet de conseil en durabilité basé à Paris, propose un stage de 6 mois dans les opérations RH et la coordination des talents. Vous travaillerez avec les équipes France sur la planification des effectifs, les processus de performance et les projets transverses, tout en développant des compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.

Vous serez inscrit dans une école et disposerez d'une convention de stage; le stage commence en janvier 2027 et est organisé en hybrid.

Qualifications

• Etudiant(e) en université/école d'ingénieurs ou de commerce, convention de stage requise.
• Capacité à travailler avec des équipes transverses et à coordonner des parties prenantes.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir le processus d’évaluation de performance annuel et coordonner les jalons et communications.
• Participer au Staffing & Coordination pour les consultants et stagiaires et maintenir la planification des charges de travail.
• Réaliser des contrôles qualité des données dans les outils opérationnels et contribuer aux rapports mensuels et dashboards.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à l’organisation des réunions opérationnelles et événements internes.

THE ROLE

During this internship,you'llgain exposure to consulting operations, workforce planning, Talent processes, performance management, and cross-functional project coordination.You'llwork closely withtheFrenchOperations and Talent teamsand develop strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Talent Operations

• Support the annual performance review process by:

• Coordinating key milestones and communications.

• Following up with employees and managers to ensuretimelycompletion of performance reviews and feedback

• Preparing promotion templates and performance scorecards.

• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide support on ad hoc HR tasks as needed.

Staffing & Coordination

• Support staffing coordination for consultants and interns.

• Maintain workload planning and staffing data.

• Ensure staffing requests align with project pricing.

Reporting & Data quality

• Perform data quality checks across operational tools (Napta, NetSuite).

• Contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards.

• Monitor project data accuracy and timesheet completion.

Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare weekly operational meetings (French office coordination meeting) and help coordinatemonthlyinternal events (Junior's consultant gatherings, ProjectManagersgatherings,LineManagers forum,etc.)

• Assistin organizing and coordinating Career Development Committees.

• Document processes andidentifyopportunities to improve the way we work.
