Stage de 6 mois - Début janvier 2027 - Ressources Humaines - Master 1/2. Chez L'Oréal, vous évoluerez au sein d'une équipe RH internationale et découvrirez les missions de Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development et Mobility internationale.

Vous travaillerez sous la supervision des HR Managers et développerez des compétences analytiques et relationnelles. Rémunération: 1 700 € brut par mois, 1 jour de télétravail par semaine, remboursement partiel des transports et congés payés;

Qualifications

• Actuellement en Master 1 ou Master 2 dans une école/recherche (commerce, management).
• Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et compétences en outils de visualisation (Power BI, Tableau).
• Bilingue anglais et français.
• Intérêt pour l'analyse de données et les RH.

Responsabilités

• Ressources humaines: mission générale RH, comprendre le recrutement et le développement des talents.
• Talent Acquisition: participation au recrutement et à l’image employeur internationale.
• Learning & Development: contribuer au développement des collaborateurs et à la formation.
• International Mobility: participation aux projets de mobilité internationale.
• Employee Relations / HR Legal: supports sur le droit du travail et les relations avec les employés.

Your missions HR GENERALIST : Discover the whole aspect of the HR function from Talent Acquisition to Learning, Careers and Mobility by working closely with our HR Managers for a specific business unit or brand. TALENT ACQUISITION : Join our international recruitment teams and develop your ability to identify the best talent. Lead innovative missions in employer branding and school relations to increase our attractiveness. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT : Participate in the development of our employees and design the future of L'Oréal by creating and implementing innovative learning solutions. Preferred Experience

• You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Human Resources
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent mastery of Excel
• Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for data analysis
