Natixis vous propose un stage de 6 mois au sein du HR Development Expertise Center, à Paris. Vous contribuerez à l’implémentation de la DE&I et soutiendrez les projets employer branding, relations écoles et recrutement. Vous gérerez l’onboarding des entrants et participerez à des projets transverses Talents.

Vous serez encadré par votre tuteur et évoluerez dans un environnement international et inclusif, avec des missions concrètes et un impact réel, en lien avec les activités de Natixis CIB.

Qualifications

• Étudiant Bac+4/5 en RH, université, école de commerce ou ingénierie.
• Goût pour la gestion de projets RH et l’animation de communautés.
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint).
• Rigueur, fiabilité et autonomie dans la gestion des priorités et des deadlines.
• Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais.
• Un candidat idéal sera contacté par les recruteurs avant un échange avec les experts métiers.

Responsabilités

• Participer à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de la DE&I pour les managers et les HR Business Partners.
• Contribuer à des actions liées à la marque employeur, relations avec les écoles et le recrutement.
• Collaborer à l’organisation des onboarding pour les entrants (stagiaires et apprentis).
• Participer à des projets transverses Talents : mentoring, définition des processus RH.
• Etablir des échanges avec les partenaires et les clients internes et organiser des réunions de travail.

You join the HR Development Expertise Center within the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is seeking a HR Development Officer for a internship of 6 months from January 2027.

The Human Resources Department supports the business divisions by providing them with advice and value-added solutions for their various projects and challenges in transforming and developing employees’ skills.

Within a team of 4 people and in collaboration with your guardian, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the operational implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) roadmap for managers and HR Business Partners: scoping support needs, implementing communication and awareness actions, organizing events.
• Contribute to the implementation of actions in support of our employer brand issues, school relations, and recruitment: support for organizing events with students within our premises, facilitating employee communities, managing recruitments, etc.
• Get involved in the organization of our onboarding actions for new entrants (interns and apprentices).
• Participate in cross-functional projects Talents: deployment of mentoring programs, definition of HR processes, etc.
• Interact with our partners and internal clients, and organize working meetings.
