Join a hands-on Talent Acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs, optimize tools, and deliver high-quality candidates while supporting bold growth in a cutting-edge quantum startup.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling tech environment.
• Strong end-to-end hiring experience, especially in tech/products.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools; proficient in dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and improve decision-making.
• Manage and optimize the ATS and recruiting tools (automation, workflows, reporting).
• Track, analyze, and improve recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline health).
• Develop sourcing strategies suited to a startup environment; be proactive and targeted.
