Alice & Bob is seeking a highly organized Compliance & Corporate Governance Manager to build and oversee our compliance framework while tracking governance commitments. Reporting to the Legal Supervisor, you will coordinate initiatives across ethics, data protection, third-party compliance, and internal policies in a fast-moving deeptech environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in compliance, corporate governance, legal operations, regulatory affairs or a related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience drafting, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and compliance programs.
• Experience interacting with regulators, auditors or consultants.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework (excluding export control matters, but coordination with our export control specialist is required).
• Coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders involved in compliance-related projects and initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company.
• Design and deliver internal compliance awareness and training programs.
• Act as a point of contact for compliance-related requests from customers, investors, partners and public authorities.
• Support commercial, investor and partnership discussions by reviewing and negotiating compliance-related commitments and obligations.
• Establish and maintain a centralized process to track, monitor and coordinate the company's recurring corporate governance obligations, including investor reporting and information rights commitments.
• Ensure timely completion of governance, compliance and reporting deliverables by coordinating relevant internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to compliance due diligence exercises, audits, fundraising processes and other strategic corporate transactions

As Alice & Bob continues to scale and prepare for its next stage of growth, we are strengthening our legal and governance capabilities. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Compliance & Corporate Governance Manager to build, coordinate and oversee our compliance framework while ensuring that our corporate governance commitments are properly tracked and fulfilled.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining compliance expertise, project management and stakeholder coordination in a fast-moving deeptech environment. You will play a key role in helping Alice & Bob meet the expectations of investors, customers, partners and regulators while supporting the company’s long-term growth.

Reporting to the Legal Supervisor, you will own and coordinate Alice & Bob's compliance program across a broad range of topics including ethics, data protection, third-party compliance requirements and internal policies.

Working closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate the implementation of compliance initiatives and ensure they remain effective over time. In addition, you will establish and maintain processes to monitor and fulfill the company's corporate governance obligations, including commitments made to investors and other stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, governance and operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience drafting, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures and compliance programs
• Experience interacting with external stakeholders such as regulators, auditors or consultants
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience using legal technology, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and AI-enabled productivity tools

• Professional working proficiency in French
• Experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up or deeptech environment
