Alice & Bob is building the first universal quantum computer and seeks a Senior Project Purchaser to drive procurement for infrastructure from nanofabrication to cryogenics. You will partner with Experiments and Engineering to ensure access to the best tools and resources while managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in industrial/tech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in technical fields.
• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define internal needs with teams to identify best solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet budget and timeline while driving innovation.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and expand the supplier network.
• Develop procurement processes in an agile, evolving organization.
• Monitor market trends to stay aligned with costs and innovations.
