Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices in business and tech. You will partner with hiring managers and the TA team to design campaigns, conduct interviews, coordinate HR operations, and report on campus initiatives.

You will contribute to campus management, nurture school partnerships, and help enhance Deezer's campus visibility while engaging the intern community through structured branding activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or Business is required or preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Join the Talent Acquisition team and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Head of Talent and Hiring Managers.
• Structure and lead the full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices in business and tech functions.
• Ensure the best candidate experience through recruitment campaigns, interviews, debriefs, offers, HR Operations coordination and reporting.
• Contribute to the Campus Management Strategy.
• Follow up and execute school partnerships.
• Participate in school forums and student events.
• Recommend ways to increase campus visibility and recognition.
• Animate the internal interns/apprentice community.
• Develop employer branding actions using communities and talent pools.
• Contribute to other talent team projects and talent event organization.
