Deezer is seeking an intern to join the Talent Acquisition team in Paris from January 2027 for 6 months. You will structure and run intern and apprentice recruitment campaigns, build campus relationships and help develop employer branding to attract diverse talent.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Head of Talent and Hiring Managers to shape programs, events and partnerships, while supporting overall recruitment objectives and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• HR or Business Master degree required.
• Fluent in French and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong listening, curiosity and creative thinking.
• Team player, self-starter, rigorous and organized.

Responsabilités

• Lead a full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices for business and tech.
• Define and implement Campus Management Strategy and partnerships.
• Animate the intern/apprentice community at Deezer.
• Develop employer branding actions leveraging communities and talent pools.

Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join us from January 2027, for 6 months.

This role is important to develop our employer brand towards students and schools/universities, and build a diverse and talented pool of candidates. You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, the Head of Talent and the Hiring Managers to structure and run our interns & apprentices recruitment campaign (~ 100 / an) and to develop our school relationships, employer attractiveness.

What you will do:

• Structure and lead a full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices for business and tech functions and ensure the best candidate experience (recruitment campaign, candidate interviews, debriefs, offers, liaise with the HR Operations team for the administrative process, reporting…)
• Contribute to the definition of our Campus Management Strategy, and then actively contribute to it (follow up and execute current partnerships with schools, participate in school forums or student events if relevant, recommend ways to make Deezer visible and known on campus…)
• Animate the internal interns/apprentice community at Deezer
• Develop new employer branding actions, leveraging our communities and talent pools
• Ad hoc contribution to other talent team projects or talent event organisation

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• HR or Business Master
• Fluent in French and in English (Portuguese is a +)
• Active listening, curiosity and ability to think out of the box
• Team player, self-starter rigorous and organized
• Interested in discovering all the aspects of talent development, acquisition
• At ease with project management processes and methodologies
