Deezer is seeking an intern to join the Talent Acquisition team from January 2027 for six months in Paris. You will help build our intern and apprentice recruitment campaigns targeting students and universities, while developing campus relationships and employer attractiveness.

You will structure end-to-end recruitment cycles, manage interviews and offers, and collaborate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and reporting. The role emphasizes diversity and campus presence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or business.
• Fluent in French and English; Portuguese is a nice-to-have.
• Active listening, curiosity and ability to think out of the box.
• Team player, self-starter, rigorous and organized.
• Interest in discovering all aspects of talent development and acquisition.
• Comfortable with project management processes and methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Structure and lead a full recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices for business and tech functions and ensure the best candidate experience.
• Contribute to the definition of our Campus Management Strategy and execute partnerships with schools.
• Animate the internal interns/apprentice community at Deezer.
• Develop new employer branding actions leveraging our communities and talent pools.
• Ad hoc contribution to other talent team projects or talent event organisation.
