Acne Studios in Paris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to support recruitment across our retail business while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a global luxury fashion brand.

This opportunity is designed for a student in the final stage of studies, aiming to combine academic learning with practical experience, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People topics. Applications in English only.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme and eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France.
• In the final stage of your studies, preferably within Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, retail, customer service, or administration is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is considered a plus.

• Create and publish job ads.
• Source and engage retail talent.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at our Paris office, you will support recruitment activities across our retail business while gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within a global luxury fashion brand. This opportunity is designed for a student in the final stage of their studies who is looking to combine academic learning with practical experience and has a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and People topics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, your main contribution will be to support our recruitment efforts and help us attract and hire great talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will play a vital role in supporting retail recruitment and key People processes, helping us build strong teams and deliver a smooth employee and candidate experience by:

• Create and publish job ads

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is considered a plus
