Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to prepare and configure IT infrastructures for various customer environments across France and abroad.

You will install and administer network, systems, storage, and virtualization components, configure firewalls, VLANs, switches, VPNs, and routing, and work with Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux. Regular international assignments and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems and network infrastructure administration
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux environments
• Proficiency in networking environments, including firewalls, VLANs, switching, VPNs, and routing
• Experience with complex infrastructures, ideally in enterprise customer environments
• Knowledge of SAN/Fibre Channel is a plus
• Ability to support the physical preparation and deployment of infrastructure
• Good professional English skills, essential in an international environment
• Willingness to travel abroad regularly for assignments lasting several weeks
• Skills in firewalls, VLANs, switching, VPNs and routing, firewall filtering, WAF, virtualization/VMs, Active Directory, physical servers, and SAN/Fibre Channel storage

Description du poste

• Prepare and configure IT infrastructures for various customer environments


• Install and administer network, systems, storage, and virtualization components


• Participate in the pre-installation of infrastructures before deployment


• Configure network equipment, including firewalls, VLANs, switches, VPNs, and routing


• Work with Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux environments


• Participate in implementing security rules, including firewall filtering, WAF, and VPN


• Rack, cable, and configure new servers


• Manage and maintain internal integration environments


• Track inventories, IT assets, and the allocation of technical resources


• Complete and maintain technical documentation, particularly HLD/LLD documents


• Participate in infrastructure deployments at customers’ data centers abroad


• Perform occasional international assignments lasting 2 to 3 weeks

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems and network infrastructure administration
