Jobtailor seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and secure multi-site network environments in a hybrid industrial setting.

You will modernize services, manage identity and access, and monitor security while training users and collaborating with business and IT teams in French and English. The role emphasizes operational maintenance and compliance in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration and hybrid IT environments (Windows/Linux).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network architectures and industrial network requirements.
• Ability to work in a diverse technical ecosystem and quickly develop expertise.
• Fluent French; English at least B2 level; security environment experience is a plus.

Description du poste

• Design, deploy, operate, and secure systems and network infrastructures distributed across multiple sites
• Modernize the services and network infrastructure: define requirements, deploy, and maintain solutions
• Deploy advanced security tools, including perimeter security, endpoint security, and monitoring
• Design and deploy enterprise networks and segmented networks for test benches and launch pads
• Contribute to defining, developing, and implementing the Information System in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Optimize identity management, authentication, and access rights
• Deploy access monitoring and security tools
• Ensure the operational maintenance, security, and compliance of the infrastructure
• Train and support users in adopting new tools
• Handle day-to-day IT requests
• Alternate between BUILD activities focused on transformation and RUN activities focused on maintaining operational readiness and security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in network administration and managing a hybrid IT environment (Windows and Linux)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network architectures and the specific requirements of industrial networks
• Ability to work in a diverse technical ecosystem and quickly develop expertise
• Rigor, curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset
• Fluent French
• Intermediate English (minimum B2 level)
• Previous experience in a secure environment is a plus
