SUMMIT Entertainment Venture in Paris is seeking a System Administrator to join its launch team. You will help ensure availability, performance and security of the Business Applications, including the Ticketing System and Points of Sale.

You will work across ITIL processes, develop SOPs, train staff, upgrade software, and coordinate with sales and operations to meet booking and admissions needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Windows server/desktop operating systems, basic network and cybersecurity concepts
• Awareness of PCI compliance best practices
• Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English and French
• Hands-on experience with ticketing and admissions POS systems; Galaxy Ticketing experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Ensure the configuration aligns with business needs and maintains production of the Ticketing/ POS systems in SUMMIT Paris
• Oversee admissions inventory across channels and time slots
• Participate in multiple projects and ensure timely completion
• Develop and document SOPs for system administration
• Coordinate and conduct system training sessions across business units (POS focus)
• Perform software upgrades with testing and documentation
• Adhere to ITIL processes for incidents, problems, changes
• Provide documentation and tracking of system issues to ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to meet department needs
• Develop and execute test scripts for ticketing/admissions systems including webstore and APIs
