ixolabs.ai is seeking a Swedish Language Expert to meticulously evaluate and enhance AI-generated content for Swedish accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness. You will provide detailed feedback on grammar, lexicon, and usage, shaping AI understanding of Swedish norms.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native in Swedish (C2), with a linguistics background and proven translation/editing experience. This role emphasizes quality assurance, clarity, and culturally aware communication.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of Swedish grammar, orthography, and cultural communication norms.
• Proven experience in translation, editing, or content creation in Swedish.
• Familiarity with linguistic QA standards or style guides is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated Swedish text for grammatical accuracy, correct word order, and natural sentence flow.
• Refine translations and content, ensuring idiomatic expressions and cultural nuances are conveyed.
• Provide detailed feedback on noun declensions, verb conjugations, and definite/indefinite forms.
• Evaluate linguistic data focusing on register, politeness conventions, and discourse markers.
• Identify and correct errors in semantics, pragmatics, and common phrases.
• Contribute examples of authentic Swedish usage to enhance AI’s capabilities.
