Axion Lab is seeking a sustainability delivery expert to lead client engagements across GPs, portfolio companies and lenders, delivering robust analyses and decision-ready outputs. You will help shape our AI-native platform by turning project learnings into repeatable methods and product specs.

You will collaborate with co-founders and the product team, operating with autonomy from day one and coordinating with European partners on a flexible, mostly remote basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sustainability, ESG, climate or strategy consulting.
• Knowledge of global sustainability frameworks and regimes.

Responsabilités

• Scope and deliver engagements for GPs, portfolio companies and lenders, with clear workplans and robust analysis.
• Feed project learnings back into the platform to improve future deliveries.
• Deconstruct consulting approaches into repeatable steps and turn them into product specs.
• Turn project lessons into reusable methodologies, prompts, templates and quality standards.
• Work directly with co-founders to shape services, product priorities and delivery model.
