Job summary

Seven2 SAS is seeking an intern to support sustainability analysis, monitoring, and initiative structuring within the Value Creation team. The role focuses on ESG data collection from portfolio companies, monitoring preparation, and enhancing ESG performance across the portfolio.

The candidate should be a Master's student with strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in French and proficient in English, and have 6 months' experience in strategy consulting, CSR, or ESG roles.

• Master's student in a top-tier European business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Autonomy, proactiveness, and motivation for sustainability and private equity.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies.
• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance.
• Contribute to answering LPs' ESG questionnaires.
• Assist in preparing Seven2's regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29).
• Note: May occasionally assist with other projects in areas such as pricing, purchasing, or AI.

Our Value Creation team, composed of 4 people, works closely with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies to accelerate their development, particularly by helping them address strategic priorities such as sustainability.

In this context, we are looking for an intern to support us on a mission focused on sustainability analysis, monitoring, and initiative structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies

• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation

• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance

• Contribute to answering LPs' ESG questionnaires

• Assist in preparing Seven2's regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29)
