Lacoste is seeking a Studio Design Intern to explore how a Design Studio operates day-to-day, under the supervision of the Studio Coordinator. You will collaborate with the Design and Graphic teams (about 80 people) in a large open space, strengthening your organizational and administrative skills.

You will develop new projects and help organize Studio events, team buildings and key meetings, spanning Commercial Collection and Fashion Show planning.

Qualifications

• Student in a fashion school or equivalent (Bac+3+)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily life tasks including mail and general service requests
• Invoicing registration and support to teams with invoicing procedures
• Maintain studio organizational chart, group emails, workstation plan
• Support for key studio meetings and project briefs
• Coordinate model casting and liaise with agencies
• Assist with team-building events and estimates
• Lead a project during the internship to benefit the Studio

Thisopportunity will allow you to discover how a Design Studio works in everydaylife. Under the supervision of the Studio Coordinator, you will be in contactwith the Design and Graphic teams (about 80 friendly people in a big openspace) and you will strengthen your organizational, administrative andmanagement skills. Thanks to your professionalism, you will make sure theStudio works in the most efficient way. Your communication skills willcontribute to maintaining a good atmosphere and a pleasant working environment.Thanks to your support, Studio life will be easier (and sunnier!) You willlearn how to coordinate all the puzzle pieces for the organization ofCommercial Collection and Fashion Show key meetings and you will discover theStudio behind the scenes.

You willdevelop new projects and you will take part in the organization of fun StudioTeam Buildings. Thanks to your internship, you will acquire a luggage ofversatile skills that could benefit any professional career undertaken in yourfuture.

Studiodaily life

• Coordination of all Studio dailylife aspects: from mail to general service requests
• Invoicingregistration and follow-up and support to the teams with invoicing procedureswhen needed
• Lead thefollow-up and update of the Studio organizational chart, group emails, Studioworkstation plan, etc.

Keymeeting organization support

• Supportfor key studio meetings with DA, such as:
• CC KeyLooks, F/S style out, Proto Fitting, Editing with DA and FreelanceStylist.
• From priceestimation for models, furniture, photographers, catering etc to the orders,without forgetting room installation and uninstallation follow-up
• MODELcasting organization for DA requests: Contact model agencies for model profilesthat correspond to the DA brief. Organizing castings, from the room set-up tothe call times and follow-up negotiation and booking
• SUPPORTfor TEAM BUILDING events organization
• Fromresearch to estimations, passing by negotiation, booking and communication withthe whole Studio.

StudioProjects

• During yourinternship, you will lead and set up at least one project the whole Studio willbenefit from. This mission will be an occasion to get closer to the teams, tolisten and understand their needs. You will get in touch with different Lacostedepartments to find the best solutions. You will take action and you willcoordinate and follow-up all the project steps in order to achieve your goals.
