A leading fashion design studio in Paris is seeking an intern for a multifaceted role. You will coordinate daily operations, assist in invoicing, organize team building events, and manage model castings. You’ll also lead a key Vintage Stock project to enhance Studio organization. Candidates should be graduates from a relevant Fashion program, demonstrating professionalism, organization, and good communication in English and French.

About the role

CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This opportunity will allow you to discover how a Design Studio works in everyday life. Under the supervision of the Studio Coordinator, you will be in contact with the Design and Graphic teams (about 60 friendly people in a big open space) and you will strengthen your organizational, administrative and management skills. Thanks to your professionalism, you will make sure the Studio works in the most efficient way. Your communication skills will contribute to maintaining a good atmosphere and a pleasant working environment. Thanks to your support, Studio life will be easier (and sunnier!) You will learn how to coordinate all the puzzle pieces for the organization of Commercial Collection and Fashion Show key meetings and you will discover the Studio behind the scenes. You will develop new projects and you will take part in the organization of fun Studio Team Buildings. Thanks to your internship, you will acquire a luggage of versatile skills that could benefit any professional career undertaken in your future.

- Coordination of all Studio daily life aspects: from mail to general service requests

- Invoicing registration and follow-up and support to the teams with invoicing procedures when needed

- Lead the follow-up and update of the Studio organizational chart, group emails, Studio workstation plan, etc.

- Support for key studio meetings with DA, such as: CC Key Looks, F/S style out, Proto Fitting, Editing with DA and Freelance Stylist. From price estimation for models, furniture, photographers, catering, etc. to the orders, without forgetting room installation and uninstallation follow-up

- MODEL casting organization for DA requests: Contact model agencies for model profiles that correspond to the DA brief. Organizing castings, from the room set‑up to the call times and follow‑up negotiation and booking.

- SUPPORT for TEAM BUILDING events organization (Parties, Studio Breakfast, Museum exhibitions, Studio or Teams day‑out, etc.) From research to estimations, passing by negotiation, booking and communication with the whole Studio.

Vintage Stock Project: During your internship, you will lead and set up the “Vintage Stock project,” an organizational project that the whole Studio will benefit from.

This mission will be an occasion to get closer to the teams, to listen and understand their needs. You will get in touch with different Lacoste departments to find the best solutions.

You will take action and you will coordinate and follow‑up all the project steps in order to achieve your goals.

• Experience required: none. Graduate from a Fashion School or equivalent course.
