Troyes School of Design seeks an energetic student recruitment specialist to engage with prospective students by phone, email, and online meetings. You will manage a high-volume prospect flow, guide applicants through enrolment, and maintain precise CRM records with thorough follow-up.

Experience in higher education recruitment and a customer-centric mindset are essential, with a focus on achieving targets and providing excellent service to international students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or honours in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in sales, closing deals, with revenue targets.
• Experience in higher education recruitment or e-learning preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote the Troyes School of Design’s programme offering to prospective students by phone, email, and online meetings.
• Proactively manage a high volume of prospects by phone, SMS, video conferences, email, and chat, often making more than 70 outbound calls per day.
• Support prospective students from enquiry through application, admission, enrolment, and final registration.
• Guide students towards the programme best aligned with career aspirations and visa requirements where applicable.
• Maintain CRM tools and student information accurately and diligently.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities and contribute to process improvements.
