Program Advisors are responsible for promoting the Ecole Supérieure de Design
programme portfolio to prospective students via phone, email, and online meetings, forming a vital and integral part of the sales and recruitment team.
The purpose of the role is to manage the student pipeline from initial enquiry and application through to enrolment and payment of tuition fees, providing domestic and international students with support throughout the full application journey.
You will work with minimal day-to-day supervision, leading and managing a consultative enrolment process within established procedures and parameters. The role requires a strong understanding of internal systems, processes, programme offerings, and the wider higher education environment.
Role holders are expected to work with independence and initiative, prioritise effectively in response to changing demands, and make decisions within defined parameters. You will also be expected to actively contribute to improving recruitment processes and student experience.
