Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Strategy and Transformation Analyst to analyze business processes, run data-driven research, and develop compelling business cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives and monitor progress against defined metrics.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in business analysis, management consulting, or process improvement roles.
Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools desirable.

Responsabilités

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities for change.
Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
Develop business cases outlining benefits, costs, and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor progress against metrics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
