Europcar Mobility Group, based in Paris, is seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to shape and deliver high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will translate long-term ambitions into actionable roadmaps and oversee end-to-end execution with a strong execution mindset.

The role requires 3-5 years in strategy or 6-8 in corporate strategy within mobility or related industries, a Master’s preferred, and fluency in English with French beneficial.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent English; French helpful.

Responsabilités

• Shape Group and Business-Unit Strategy with roadmaps and annual planning.
• Translate strategy into execution: design value-creation initiatives across revenue, cost, and asset efficiency.
• Ensure implementation is completed and value is lifted; manage workstreams end-to-end.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, fleet, digital, finance, and country teams.
• Define KPIs, track progress, and support governance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Coach Analysts and promote structured thinking and execution-driven culture.
