Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Lyon seeks a Contracting and Tender Specialist to manage bids, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate pricing with sales teams. You will support contract creation, pricing controls, and post-submission activities to maximize win rates and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Contracting & Tenders Lead, you will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within Commercial Capabilities. Fluency in French with strong MS Office skills is expected.

Qualifications

• Bac +2 in commercial management or equivalent with experience in contracts.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of WANAO/EURYDICE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bids and tenders, ensure timely response and compliance.
• Coordinate pricing with sales force and enter data in ContractManager.
• Prepare client proposals and archive final versions.
• Handle pricing disputes and post-submission follow-up.
• Support price offers, quotes, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure diligence and alignment with legal/commercial constraints.
• Collaborate across sales, finance and legal for bids.
• Contribute to service improvement projects in pricing and contracts.
