Qualifikationen

• Experience with tenders/public procurement in France, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharma.
• Strong understanding of French procurement procedures and platforms like PLACE, MAXIMILIEN, AP-HP.
• Excellent administrative accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full French tender lifecycle: review, documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with the Code de la Commande Publique and hospital procurement requirements.
• Analyze tender specifications, technical criteria, and pricing conditions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents and certifications.
• Prepare tender dossiers including administrative documentation and CE certifications.
• Maintain the national tender calendar and pricing files.
• Support contract implementation after award with documentation updates.
• Monitor French procurement trends and competitor activity.
