Job summary
The European Society of Cardiology is seeking a proactive Senior Coordinator for its Scientific Affairs Pole in Sophia-Antipolis to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support the Chief Scientific Officer.
You will manage stakeholder engagement with European scientific societies, organise meetings, prepare briefing materials, monitor deadlines, and ensure confidential, professional delivery of strategic and scientific activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant coordination/stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in an international scientific/academic or healthcare environment desirable.
- Strong multitasking and deadline management abilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and meetings across teams.
- Support planning and delivery of strategic projects within Scientific Affairs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with European scientific societies and partner organisations.
- Provide executive and operational support to the Chief Scientific Officer.
- Monitor deadlines, commitments and budgets with discretion and professionalism.
