Job summary

Swan is seeking a Governance & Risk professional to support the Chief Risk Officer in strengthening Swan's governance framework, regulatory oversight, and audit remediation programs. You will coordinate the Risk, Oversight and New Product Committees and act as a single source of truth for oversight activities.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, GTM, Product, Strategy and Management to provide cross-functional leadership and executive-level insights across risk, compliance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional projects or remediation plans.
• Experience handling regulatory information requests and responses to regulatory findings.
• Background in Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, or a Control function.
• Experience in payments or e-money institutions.
• Fluent in French and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Own committee governance end-to-end across the Risk, Oversight, and New Product Committees.
• Guard the Risk frameworks: Risk Assessment Matrix, Risk Mapping, and Risk Appetite, plus risk indicators.
• Ensure regulatory reporting stays on track and monitor remediation commitments.
• Drive audit remediation and track action plans across functions.
• Produce governance dashboards and Board-ready briefings for senior management.
