Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Consultant, Project Leader or Associate Director to join the Risk & Compliance Practice Expert Career Track in Paris. You will work on complex client engagements across financial services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape governance, risk strategy and regulatory responses.

In this role you will apply deep risk expertise to transform client capabilities, lead workstreams, and mentor teams while navigating global regulatory changes and digital

Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services and/or banks/FinTechs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Ability to devise and implement strategy with quantitative analysis.

Responsabilités

• Definition and implementation of a global risk governance framework and the associated organization.
• Modeling and aligning risk management processes with the organization's objectives and regulatory constraints.
• Project management with risk departments (stress testing, FRTB, etc.).
• Monitoring and analysis of regulatory requirements, their developments and their operational application.
• Risk and Compliance: supporting clients to optimize their Risk and Compliance capabilities.
• Strategy: understanding and addressing the most complex business problems.
