Swan—a fintech innovator—seeks a Transaction Monitoring lead to drive excellence in AML and regulatory compliance. You will manage a team dedicated to safeguarding the platform against financial crime while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Data, and Engineering to elevate monitoring effectiveness. You will optimize rules, reduce false positives, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory expectations in France and the EU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AML, Compliance or Financial Crime.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Solid understanding of French and European law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent working English; a second European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Transaction Monitoring team to excellence and optimise the program.
• Conduct quality reviews of investigations and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Data and Engineering to enhance tooling.
• Balance risk detection with customer experience and regulatory compliance.
