Job summary

Ashby is seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Consultant to support strategic, mid-market, and startup customers across the EMEA region. You’ll blend 1:1 consulting, CSM enablement, and educational content creation to scale advanced recruiting operations expertise and drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with sales, CS, and services to scope paid engagements, develop scalable education, and help shape product feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting operations, analytics, and process design experience.
• Familiarity with Ashby product is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact RecOps consulting via 1:1 engagements and paid engagements.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope, sell, and deliver engagements using the RecOps framework.
• Translate 1:1 consulting insights into scalable education—Academy courses, guides, webinars, and playbooks.
• Contribute to advanced product education (e.g., Quality of Hire dashboards) and provide feedback to the Product Team.
• Enable CSMs on foundational RecOps strategies and tactics, and align with stakeholders on priorities.
