This remote-first role emphasizes collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations, and requires strong project management, technical curiosity, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple complex implementations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of configurable SaaS products and integrations.
• Ability to travel <10% for strategic engagements.
• Remote-first collaboration with cross-functional teams.
