Job summary

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance. The Key Account Manager role targets Public Sector accounts, requiring 6+ years in a customer-facing role and fluent French with advanced English.

You should be based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille or Annecy, or willing to relocate to one of these cities. You will manage strategic accounts, build executive relationships, identify signals of dissatisfaction, onboard new clients, renegotiate contracts, and provide data-driven insights to

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a customer-facing role with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent French is required; strong English skills.
• Experience handling large organizations and unions is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, empathy, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille or Annecy.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of strategic Public Sector accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive customer-centric solutions.
• Identify signals of dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Onboard new accounts and promote Alan's health partner positioning.
• Present consumption reports to customers during business reviews.
• Identify and execute initiatives to engage existing customers.
• Renegotiate contracts for value and profitability.
• Contribute to product evolution by voicing customer feedback.
