This role focuses on turning firms into long-term Alan partners who recommend our solution to their clients and contribute to ARR growth. The role owns the partner lifecycle from initial contact to activation, onboards and launches partnerships, and works closely with Sales to convert recommendations into

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, BD, or account management in a B2B context.
• Experience managing partnerships lifecycle from prospecting to activation.
• Experience handling a portfolio of partners in a fast-growing company.

• Build and grow a strong partner network with high-potential accountants.
• Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch to create value.
• Activate partners and generate qualified opportunities with Sales.
