Job summary

Airswift in France is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle, from business development and proposal preparation through to project execution and close-out.

The role combines commercial, technical, operational, and project management duties, acting as the primary contact for clients while ensuring safety, timeliness, budget compliance, and contractual alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or business management within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness with client relationship management.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Able to lead multidisciplinary projects from tender to close-out.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead BD strategies.
• Analyse client requirements and assess feasibility and risks.
• Define resource needs and project budgets.
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates.
• Coordinate activities across departments and client teams.
• Manage projects through execution, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and contractual performance.
• Support HSE documentation and safety plans.
• Foster safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Act as primary interface between clients and delivery teams.
