Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse seeks a Project Leader Building & Construction to join the FMRE team and lead strategic and medium projects shaping the footprint of the Grand Saint Martin and Blagnac sites. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, a Civil Engineering background, and PMI certification would be a plus.

Fluency in English and French, ability to collaborate across a transdivisional/transnational team, and strong supplier/customer relationship skills are required.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Background in Civil Engineering required.
• PMI Certification would be a plus.
• Experience collaborating within transdivisional/transnational teams.
• Fluent in English and French with strong stakeholders communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive Building & Construction projects within FMRE to shape the sites footprint.
• Drive processes through innovation and best practices to improve performance.
• Foster strong internal relationships among FMRE service lines in a matrix setup.
• Represent FMRE in internal and external forums, promoting digital solutions.
• Build close relationships with global FMRE teams and key partners.
