Job summary

Airswift is looking for an experienced Business Manager / Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle from business development through to project execution in Cambronne-lès-Ribécourt, France. The role combines commercial, technical, operational, and project management responsibilities, acting as the primary client contact to ensure safe, on-budget project delivery.

You will work closely with operations, site management, and clients to develop opportunities, win work, and deliver successful

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or business management in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to develop business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects from tender through execution and close-out.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute business development strategies.
• Analyse client requirements and assess project feasibility and risks.
• Define project resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Participate in client presentations, negotiations, and tender clarifications.
• Manage projects through all phases of execution across technical, operational, financial, and contractual aspects.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments and site teams.
• Act as the primary interface between clients and delivery teams.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and contractual compliance.
