Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Management Officer for a 1-year contract in Paris to support a high-visibility governance and training programme. The role will help structure governance, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver core modules under tight deadlines.

You will report to senior leadership, manage reporting, budget monitoring, risk management, and master planning in a complex environment, with exposure to executive-level stakeholder engagement and training engineering coordination.

Qualifications

• Senior PMO experience on strategic programmes.
• Experience coordinating complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Experience supporting management and executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience working across business content, training teams, and programme delivery functions.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of core learning modules and structure governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders, reporting, and action follow-ups.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and master planning in a complex environment.
• Prepare steering materials and align validation, training module production, and workshop prep.
