Spendesk is seeking a strategic leader to turn high‑impact priorities into concrete results. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Operations, Go-to-Market and Finance, and bring structure to ambiguous topics.

You will shape the long‑term plan, engage in annual budgeting, and contribute to the Corp Dev agenda. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the business and a focus on impact over bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, technology company or fast‑growing organisation.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Hands‑on, curious and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Fluent English

Responsabilités

• Steer the execution of strategic initiatives that are high stakes for Spendesk’s growth.
• Structure clear project governance, objectives and workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic direction and foster complex problem solving.
• Drive planning and coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain rhythm while enabling owners to execute.
• Take part in analysis and execution with key stakeholders.
• Track and report progress to leadership and ensure decisions are made at the right level.
