Spendesk is seeking a high-impact Strategy Lead in Paris to translate top priorities into concrete results. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you will lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving execution to support Spendesk’s growth.

You will supervise planning, governance and coordination across Product, Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance and other functions, delivering high-impact projects and shaping how the company operates and scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, technology company or fast-growing organisation.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex topics clearly.

Responsabilités

• Steer the execution of strategic initiatives that are high stakes for Spendesk’s growth.
• Structure clear project governance, objectives and workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic direction and foster complex problem solving.
• Drive planning and coordinate cross-functional teams, drive weekly / monthly rhythm, balancing ownership with timely intervention.
• Take part in analysis and execution with key stakeholders.
• Track and report progress to leadership and ensure decisions are made at the right level.
