AMETEK, Inc. (CAMECA unit) in Gennevilliers, France, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to define and implement procurement strategies, ensuring material availability for orders, and coordinating with Purchasing and Production Planning.

You will lead a team of five, spanning two countries, driving efficiency and cost reductions. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum), 6+ years in procurement/planning, and strong Excel and ERP skills (Navision preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree in supply chain management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Planning, or Materials Planning.
• Experience in a low- to medium-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous team management and leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement procurement strategy and ensure availability of materials.
• Manage order management and procurement planning processes.
• Coordinate supplier relationships to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor supplier service levels and drive improvement actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply planning.
• Coach and develop the team across two countries; communicate with stakeholders.
