Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in industrial engineering / production / operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience in continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the Lean roadmap aligned with industrial strategy.
• Lead the development of the Cameca Production System with AMETEK Operational Excellence.
• Drive structured improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, standard work).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
• Launch and manage productivity improvement projects (labor, flow, capacity).
